Whilst indoor gathering limits were removed in the State of New Jersey on June 4 2021, the health, safety and wellbeing of our exhibitors, visitors, speakers, contractors and staff in October remains our number one priority. To protect yourselves and avoid putting others at risk, attendees at The Advanced Materials Show USA and The Nanotechnology Show should follow safety guidance from the CDC and the New Jersey Department of Health:

Guidance for fully vaccinated attendees:

  • You do not need to wear a mask, but you are welcome to do so if you feel more comfortable
  • You are not required to socially distance from others

Guidance for unvaccinated/ partially vaccinated attendees:

  • You are required to wear a mask, unless exempt or seated to eat/ drink
  • You should practise social distancing and avoid direct contact like handshakes, hugs and high fives

Our tips for ALL attendees:

  • You MUST pre-register, prior to arriving at the event
  • Pre-print your badge, to fast-track your entry into the hall
  • Wash your hands and use hand sanitizer regularly
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth, where possible
  • Use a tissue to catch a cough or sneeze and dispose of the tissue immediately
  • Respect the personal space of others at the event

Our covid-secure measures:

In collaboration with the venue, NJCEC, we will:

  • Offer a contactless registration process, allowing attendees to pre-print badges and self-scan entry onsite
  • Make hand sanitizer available in key locations
  • Increase ventilation of the exhibit space, where possible
  • Have enhanced cleaning and waste management protocols in place
  • Encourage our exhibitors to clean their exhibit space regularly and supply hand sanitizer on their booth
  • Keep a list of those who attend to assist future potential contact tracing needs
  • Check advice and guidance from the relevant American authorities on a regular basis and amend our measures if necessary
  • Communicate updates regularly with our event stakeholders via our event websites, email updates and social media channels
