Exhibitor Spotlight: Top Seiko USA
Thursday, 26 June 2025
Visit Top Seiko USA at The Advanced Materials Show, Booth 430.
- What advanced materials do you specialize in?
Top Seiko specializes in ultra-precision machining of hard-to-machine materials such as advanced ceramics (alumina, zirconia, silicon carbide), refractory metals (tungsten, molybdenum, tantalum), and technical glasses and crystals — including quartz, borosilicate glass, optical glass, and sapphire. These materials are essential in high-tech sectors where reliability and performance are critical.
- Please explain the benefits of your speciality
The materials we work with offer exceptional resistance to heat, wear, and corrosion, as well as excellent electrical insulation and dimensional stability. Their unique properties make them ideal for demanding applications in the semiconductor, aerospace, analytical, and medical industries. Combined with our machining expertise, they enable the creation of components that perform where others fail.
- Are there any exciting developments that is happening within the industry or your
company that you can share with us?
Yes — one innovation we’re excited about is diffusion bonding, a solid-state joining process that allows us to bond advanced materials like ceramics or refractory metals without adhesives or brazing. It maintains the integrity and purity of the material, opening the door to complex multi-material assemblies and micro-channel structures. By integrating this with our precision machining, we help clients push the limits of performance and design.
- If attendees should know one thing about your company, what would it be?
Top Seiko is the go-to partner when precision meets complexity. We’re trusted worldwide for our ability to machine difficult materials to extremely tight tolerances, and we pride ourselves on delivering quality, consistency, and technical insight every step of the way.
Importantly, we work exclusively as a subcontractor, offering custom-made components strictly based on the drawings and specifications provided by our clients. Whether for prototypes or small-volume production, every part we deliver is tailor-made.
- What will you be showcasing at your booth at The Advanced Materials Show?
At our stand, visitors will see real examples of precision components machined from ceramics, refractory metals, and technical glasses and crystals. We’ll showcase the level of detail and complexity we can achieve, and our team will be available to discuss custom projects, materials, tolerances, and how we support R&D and production teams across industries.
- Who are you hoping to meet at The Advanced Materials Show?
We’re looking forward to connecting with engineers, R&D professionals, and decision-makers from industries like semiconductors, aerospace, medical devices, and energy — anyone seeking high-precision components made from advanced ceramics and other ultra-hard materials. We’re especially eager to collaborate with teams tackling challenging applications that require tight tolerances, complex geometries, and exceptional material performance.
- What are you most looking forward to at The Advanced Materials Show?
What excites us most about the event is the opportunity to showcase our capabilities and learn from cutting-edge innovations.
