Direct-to-Venue Shipments
If you are shipping directly to the venue, please either ensure that a representative from your company is there to receive the shipment, or, coordinate the delivery with our partner, AGS Expo
The venue will not accept any shipments or deliveries prior to, during, or after event dates.

Unloading
Unloading at the loading dock:
Exhibitors who need to use the loading dock are able to:
Unload and reload their own vehicle at the loading dock, in the area specified
Unload and reload their own materials using their own non-mechanized cart. Carts will not be provided
Unload and reload their materials provided the vehicle is no larger than a cargo van in the designated POV lane
U-hauls and box trucks must be unloaded by AGS Expo Services.

AGS can also assist with the storage of empties/ crates if necessary
Main Entrance or Westin Hotel:
Exhibitors who can hand carry smaller items:
Exhibitors may hand carry their materials in one trip, without the use of material handling equipment (this does not include briefcases or luggage)
The use of material handling equipment (dollies & carts) is not permitted
If the use of a dolly or cart is needed, the exhibitor must use the loading dock
Loading
Exhibits can be removed and booths dismantled from 3.00pm on October 07, 2026; move-out prior to this time is not permitted
Exhibitors who can hand carry smaller items out, may do so, in one trip, via the entrance at the front of the hall from 3.30pm
All other exhibitors/ contractors should utilise the loading dock to remove their exhibits from the hall
Material handling equipment is not available.
If material handling equipment is required, please organize the handling of your materials with AGS Expo
Things to note
The drop-off lanes on 10th Street are a ‘no loading’ zone.
All persons, articles, exhibits, fixtures, displays, and property of event kind shall be brought into and out of the Center only at designated and approved entrances and exits.
Forklifts, electric scooters, golf carts, etc. are only permitted in the exhibit halls and loading areas.
Approximately 12,000 parking spaces are available within a 15-minute walk of the DLCC
