We work with a network of official contractors who have been appointed to help you prepare to exhibit with us. Please review the services offered by each, place orders for your requirements and contact them directly for assistance, if necessary.

NOTE: some of the deadlines specified below are for ordering services at advance/ reduced rates. Orders may be accepted after the dates specified, but are likely to be charged at a higher rate; please check with individual contractors.

EXHIBITOR SCAM WARNING: the contractors listed below are the ONLY official partners for this event. We are aware that there are other companies out there that are targeting our exhibiting community, claiming to offer services like attendee data, hotels, stand construction etc. For your safety and security, scam attempts of this nature should be ignored and you should only work with the companies we have appointed as official contractors.
